At FEDREX AUTO PARTS INC., we currently offer shipping exclusively within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, fulfilled through our official regional distributor:

AlBrahim Trading – Authorized FEDREX Distributor in the Middle East

  • Shipping Area: Saudi Arabia only
  • Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days depending on location
  • Shipping Fee: Free for all products
  • Shipping Partner: AlBrahim Trading, using local couriers such as SMSA, Aramex, or others

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our parts. Returns and exchanges are available under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Special orders or customized items are non-returnable.
  • Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
